Your BIR registration, done for you.
Send the documents and sign one form. We handle the RDO, the paperwork and the printing, then walk you through every part so you could file on your own if you wanted to.
Your part is small on purpose.
Your part
Send your documents and sign one authorisation.
We arrange the notary.
Our part
- Your RDO
- Your Certificate of Registration
- Your books
- Your invoices
- Your badge
- The tax choice
- Everything else, including the one decision that has to be right from day one.
How it works
We check first.
Before anything is filed, we review your documents and your situation: an old TIN, an RDO from a past job, income you have already earned. Most delays start here, so we catch them here.
We make the tax choice with you.
You choose between the 8% option and graduated rates when you register, and you cannot change it for the year. We look at your actual numbers before you decide.
We do the registration.
We deal with your RDO, the notary, the printer and your books, and we get your badge ready to post.
You have a person, not a queue.
One named person on our team follows your registration from start to finish and answers your questions along the way.
We hand it over properly.
When everything is done, your account manager walks you through it on a 45-minute call: what each document is, what it is for, and what you need to do each quarter. If you plan to file on your own, we show you how.
You keep a calendar.
You leave with a one-page list of your filing deadlines for the year.
One choice, two very different bills.

| 8% option | Graduated, 40% deduction | |
|---|---|---|
| Income tax | ₱76,000 | ₱86,500 |
| Percentage tax | None | ₱36,000 |
| Total | ₱76,000 | ₱122,500 |

Price
Service fee. Full registration, start to finish, including the handover call and your deadline calendar.
Registration costs are separate, paid at cost with receipts: invoice printing, books, documentary stamp tax and notarization. Usually ₱2,000 to ₱3,000.
Once your documents are complete. The certificate takes one to two weeks, then invoice printing takes another one to two.
If your situation needs anything beyond registration, we will tell you what it is and what it costs before we start.
Questions
Why does this cost more than other options?
Cheaper routes exist, and if you are comfortable handling registration yourself, a filing tool may be all you need. Our step-by-step guide covers doing it alone. This is for people who would rather hand it over completely and still understand what they have. The team that registers you is the team you can keep working with afterwards, so nobody has to learn your situation twice.
I have already been earning for a while. Is that a problem?
It depends on your situation, and we would rather hear the whole story than guess. We work with clients who registered after months or years of earning. Tell us where you are and we will advise from there.
I barely earn anything yet. Do I still need to register?
The badge rule has no exemption for small or part-time earners. Registering early also means your first tax choice is made calmly rather than in a rush.
Who is this for?
Freelancers, virtual assistants, content creators and licensed professionals: anyone earning from their own services or audience.
What happens after registration?
You can file on your own with what we show you on the handover call, or keep us for your filings. Either is fine. We will make sure you understand enough to decide.
Selling products online? The setup is different when you sell goods. Book a 15-minute call and we will walk you through it.
